Finally had a chance to try all 4 new Premium Beef Hot Dogs.
First I had the Chicago Dog-I loved it, spicy and loaded-nice suprise was even the pickle was spicy.
Second one was not really a new one, just shorter the Chili Cheese Coney-it will always be a favorite!
Third one was the All-American Dog, I tried this one with an open mind that taste buds change and mine could have decided they like sweet pickle relish. Well they didn't and the dog was covered with it.
Fourth one to try was the Chicago Dog-it had potential as I like kraut and onions. It missed. The onions I think should have been cooked not raw and the kraut really didn't have much seasoning to it.
So I will stick to my favorite comfort fast food the long cheese coney with the occasional Chicago Dog while it last.
I love that Sonic had these on their menu and look forward to other new menu items as long as they keep the staples of love. Long Cheese Coney, Cheese Tator Tots, Steak Sandwich and of course thier FAMOUS ICE!!
