6 Months Ago...

6 months ago I decide to research the 2030 Fast Track Tyler I had heard so much about from Michael Kennedy - the2030guy. I had watched Michael struggle with his health for years and I was currently shedding my summer weight for the 2nd summer in a row. As a holistic health and wellness coach I like to research things that are working for people I know. Jen Cook Happiness Coach for those of you who did not know. I help people discover their happiness, in whatever form that takes for them.
I met with Tara A. McDonald and she presented the program and we hit it off and I signed on. I had already lost over 20 pounds since January but still had a few more to lose. I can do anything for 30 days and have before and then some.
I HAD NO IDEA this is exactly what I needed at the exact moment I needed it, but it saved me from myself and I have only come to realize it recently.
I had quit drinking December 16, 2017. Left an 18-year relationship physically December 22, 2017. Started eating clean January 8, 2018.
I stress eat and I eat my feelings.
I needed to find my new normal, I needed structure, I needed to understand I could adult with the best of them on my own. I needed a new hobby!
2030 gave me all that and then some. I started cooking again, I meal prepped, exercising and checked in with my coaches daily and I made me a priority. 2030 became my new hobby.
At the end of the 30 days I could have chosen to walk away with the knowledge I already had and just keep eating clean and exercising but I chose to sign up for a year of Listen To your Body (LTYB) coaching so that I would still have the structure of meal plans, recipes, checking in with my coach weekly and a whole gang of accountability partners.
At the end of my 30 days I was down another 17 pounds and 5 pounds under my goal weight. Today I am down another 11 pounds and 16 below my goal weight. I have lost 52 total since January 8th.
I am taking a great multivitamin, pro-biotic, milk thistle and stress/appetite control twice daily and exercising 2-4 times a week.
I am half-way there and already conquering and exceeding goals!
I AM WORTH IT!
