HCG Round 3

I forgot to start my drops Saturday 9/29, so I started Sunday 9/30. Been looking forward to this for a month and yet dreading it the closer it gets.
I know it works, I know how to do it and maximize the effect and I know it is just 40 days. Every negative I can come up with has a positive, guess the small amount of dread is human nature. All in all, I am READY!
It's Sunday and sleeping late had me awake around 8am, got up and weighed (170.2) and took my first drops. Before 9 we ate a large breakfast of cheesy eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausage and beer bread toast washed down with whole milk.

Had more of that awesome homemade Beer Bread, went grocery shopping at FRESH for my Fresh Food.  Tried Kumbucha while I was shopping, interesting to say the least. Took my Drops when I got back from grocery store because I forgot to take before I left.
Chuy's Elvis Memorial and a New Mexican Martini which I split in half on both.
Spray when we got back from eating.  Had 4 scoops of Braum's frozen yogurt.
More drops and spray before bed time.  Load day 1 Down.


Day 2:  Woke up took drops and went back to bed for a few.  Weighed 169.8.  Fixed my chai tea while getting ready.  Drank my first ever tablespoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with 8 oz of water (ICK).
Beer Bread and Tea for breakfast.  Spray.  Had Chuy's left-overs for lunch.  Drops. Spray.  Had Healthy Choice Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt with Almonds.  Drank atleast 40 ounces of water by now.  Decide my last meal should be at my favorite, Villa Montez.  Had Chino latino rolls, Brisket taco and half a Burrito Maya with Sweet Pork, chips, salsa and two whiskey drinks.  Stuffed to the gills.
Went home and prepared my protein for the week.  Chicken and Orange Roughy lightly seasoned with approved spices and grilled on the George Foreman.  (John bought me a new GF with removable plates and it is so much easier to clean-up) The rest of the Kumbucha. Drops.  Spray. 32 more ounces of water before turning in. 


Day 3:  Low Calorie Day starts! Woke up took drops, went back to snooze.  Not really wanting to get out of bed, I did and I started my tea and got dressed, fed the dogs and took another spoonful of ACV with water (Ick) and gathered my food for my lunches at work.  Took my left overs from Villa to a friend so I would not be tempted to eat them.  Also spread out the Beer Bread among friends, what was left anyway.
Drank 24 ounces of water before hitting work!  Before making it all the way to work I was feeling so much better than I have in months.  That euphoria is setting back in!  Spray. Drank my Peppermint Tea and refilled my 24 ounce Tervis with water.  Grissini stick.  Orange Roughy (o how I have missed you) for lunch.
