My personal observations:
Women are realizing their strength, their worth, their super powers and 2018 is going to see a huge shift in the relationships of all kinds.
Women will not settle for less than what she deserves, earns or even wants.  You want her, you are going to have to step-up your game, you are going to have to pay her the same as any other person doing the same job reguardless of their gender, skin-color or sexual-orientation, you are not gong to stand in the way of going after what she wants.
Women are leaving good partners because they are not taking care of their own business.  You can be attentive, loving, accommodating, but if you are not taking your own life serious, she isn’t going to take you serious.  She needs a partner that is atleast her equal.  Someone with confidence and a plan for the future.
Women are leaving good jobs behind because they aren’t willing to settle for less pay, sexual inequality or sexual harassment.  She is making her own way, deciding her own income abilities and being her own boss.  She’s not saying “me too”, she is stating “no more”.
Women are realizing they can want more out of life and receive it. She has an international support system.  She has the same resources as any other human to go for what she wants.
She has the strength to walk away from the things that do not serve her purpose and make room for the things that do.
She knows she is worthy of all the blessings she could dream of ever wanting or needing.
She has the super-power to go for it all.

(I was moved or led to write this post in January, I came back to it a few times and added to it and still felt there was more to say-after spending so much time with such amazing females this weekend, I believe it is perfect the way it is and ready for public consumption)
