First week back did 3 days and I think Dan took it easy on me. We came up with a new plan for next week, more protein and more cardio. We asked Lisa to help with the Cardio (Gulp).
Monday was weights-no problem we increased a bit.
Tuesday Lisa had worked me up a cardio program, I got there early so I could walk/run to get ready for my first hard core cardio session, I was scared I won't lie. I need a better sports bra if I am going to run, just saying. We start with the SLED! Really, that's where we are STARTING? Pulling down the alley which is slightly down hill no too bad, walking backwards pulling it back up the alley was a BITCH! Took me probably 3 times as long to come back as it did to go. I was like Thomas the Train half way up the alley, I think I can I think I can I think -Oh good I made it! Only had to do it twice today, THANK GOD And ALL THAT IS GOOD! Then it was ballerina moves with kettle bell, planking leg lift, kettle bell butt swings and pulling myself up on ropes times 3. Then I got to put on boxing gloves-wahoooo! Boxing the bag, kicking the bag-I got this! I have no idea what the technical terms for all that stuff I did but I do know that I will probably be using Lisa's name in vain tonight before I go to bed. But for now I FREAKING LOVE I LIVED THROUGH IT!
