FOOD-HCG

I thought I would do the food separate as the other blog will be long with my daily ramblings.
If it is listed together on a line I ate it all together, if not I ate it separately during the day.
I weigh in the morning when I get up and take my drops.

Day 1 - Load Day -Anything I want (Didn't have scale-but Doctor office said 211 on 7/26)
